Liquidating Debtors definition

Liquidating Debtors means the Debtors, or any successor thereto, by merger, consolidation or otherwise, on or after the Effective Date.

Liquidating Debtors means those Debtors identified in the Plan Supplement that will be dissolved on the Effective Date.
