Each Redemption Date (other than a Partial Redemption Date), each Liquidation Payment Date and the Stated Maturity and, following the redemption or repayment in full of the Rated Notes, each other date designated by the Asset Manager upon seven Business Days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Administrator and the Trustee (who shall forward such notice to the Holders of the Subordinated Notes).
