Liquidity Provider Account definition

Liquidity Provider Account means, with respect to any Liquidity Provider, a Bitcoin wallet address known to the Custodian as belonging to such Liquidity Provider.

  • Liquidity Provider has the meaning assigned to such term in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Provider Advance means a Downgrade Advance or a Non-Extension Advance.
