List of Qualified Suppliers definition

List of Qualified Suppliers or “List” means a list of names of Qualified Suppliers, and in the case where the Qualified Supplier is a company, includes the names of their Consultants, who possess the qualifications described in this RFQ and that have satisfied any conditions set by the Province for being added to and staying on that list;
