List of Qualified Suppliers definition

List of Qualified Suppliers or “List” means a list of names of Qualified Suppliers, and in the case where the Qualified Supplier is a company, includes the names of their Consultants, who possess the qualifications described in this RFQ and that have satisfied any conditions set by the Province for being added to and staying on that list;

List of Qualified Suppliers means a list of names of Respondents possessing the qualifications described in this RFQ that have satisfied any conditions set by the Province for being added to and staying on that list;

List of Qualified Suppliers means a list of prospective suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "qualified suppliers") whose proposals have been evaluated pursuant to the provisions of Article 16 of the Company's Procurement Regulations, and found to be advantageous to the Company, in overall consideration of the characteristics of the project, the price, quality level of the proposed goods, convenience of the contract, stable supply, quality attainment, conditions of maintenance and repair, etc.
