Series 2019 Bonds definition

Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

Series 2019 Bonds means the MDTA’s “Transportation Facilities Projects Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019 (Tax-Exempt Bonds),” dated as of June 19, 2019.

Series 2019 Bonds means the SRF Bonds issued pursuant to the Second Supplemental Resolution.

• The Series 2019 Bonds are subject to extraordinary mandatory redemption in whole by the Issuer in the event the Lease is terminated for any reason.

More Definitions of Series 2019 Bonds

Series 2019 Bonds means the Issuer’s $6,535,000 original principal amount of Special Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2019.

Series 2019 Bonds means MMGA’s Gas Supply Revenue Bonds, Series 2019, Sub-series 2019A and 2019B, issued pursuant to the Indenture in order to finance MMGA’s purchase of Gas from the Gas Supplier under the Prepaid Gas Agreement and costs associated therewith.

Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B

Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019-A Bonds [, the Series 2019-B Bonds and the Series 2019-C Bonds].

Series 2019 Bonds means the Electric Utility System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019 authorized by Section 4 of this Ordinance. If the Series 2019 Bonds are sold in two or more series then the term “Series 2019 Bonds” shall be construed to refer to all series.

Series 2019 Bonds means the Combined Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019, of the Municipality, in the principal amount of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000), authorized and directed to be issued in the Bond Resolution.

Series 2019 Bonds means the Water Supply System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019, dated June 25, 2019, in the outstanding principal amount of Ten Million Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($10,270,000).
