Annex means an annex to this Agreement.
Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
Add-on means any development that adds new and independent functionality, but does not modify existing SAP functionality, and is developed using SAP application programming interfaces or other SAP code that allows other software products to communicate with or call on SAP Software.
Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.
Listed means an obligation that is quoted, listed or ordinarily purchased and sold on an exchange; and
Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.
Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).
Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Appendix means an appendix to this Prospectus that sets out specific information applicable to a Sub-Fund.

Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.
Schedule III bank means an authorized foreign bank named in Schedule III of the Bank Act (Canada);
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
Part II means Tariff, Part II, sections 13 through 27A pertaining to Point-To-Point Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.
Annexure G means a copy of the regulation 36 deviation approved by the Accounting Officer (Chief Executive Officer) of JOBURG MARKET in the event that in the procurement of this Agreement the official procurement processes was dispensed with based on an exceptional circumstance allowed by the SCM Regulatory Framework.
Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Schedule 9 means Schedule 9 to the Taxes Act 1988;
Closing Checklist means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex D.
Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.
Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.
Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.
Annexure means the Annexure to the terms and conditions.
Area Agency on Aging (AAA means the Department of Human Services designated agency charged with the responsibility to provide a comprehensive and coordinated system of services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in a planning and service area. For the purpose of these rules, the term Area Agency on Aging is inclusive of both Type A and Type B Area Agencies on Aging as defined in ORS 410.040 and described in ORS 410.210 to 410.300.
Schedule 4 means Schedule 4 to ITEPA;
