Listed Service Areas means Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Liaoning, Shandong, Anhui, Hebei, Hubei, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Henan, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Shanxi, Hunan, Hainan, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai and Guizhou provinces, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing municipalities, and Guangxi Zhuang, Xinjiang Uygur, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia Hui and Tibetan autonomous regions and any other regions agreed by the Parties;
Listed Service Areas means Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Henan, Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces and Chongqing municipality and the Guangxi and Xinjiang autonomous regions;
Listed Service Areas means Shanxi, Hunan, Hainan, Yunnan, Gansu and Qinghai provinces and Inner Mongolia, Ningxia Hui and Xizang autonomous regions;

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Underserved area means a geographic area that meets one or more of the following conditions as determined by the Department: (1) the area has a poverty rate of at least twenty percent (20%) according to the latest federal decennial census; (2) seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the children in the area participate in the federal free lunch program according to the most recent reported statistics from the State Board of Education; (3) at least twenty percent (20%) of the households in the area receive assistance under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (“SNAP”) according to the most recent reported statistics; or
