Listing Document definition

Listing Document means a prospectus, an AIF, an information circular or any other document acceptable to the Exchange, including U.S. or foreign equivalents, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Listing Document means the Listing Document relating to the Company which is expected to be published on or around November 30, 2011;
Listing Document means the listing document to be issued by the Company on or around 14 February 2014 in connection with the listing of its HDRs.
