Listing Period Extension. The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.
Listing Period Extension. A Buyer may attempt to purchase a property that was introduced by the Agency once this agreement terminates. To aid in preventing such a maneuver, this contract will require that the Agency’s agreed-upon fee is paid should such a sale occur within a certain number of days of this agreement’s termination. Listing Period Extension. The commencement of the Listing Period shall be extended one (1) day for each day that the Seller fails to provide Broker with the information required to list the Property in the multiple listing service (“MLS”), however, after the 5th calendar day that Seller has failed to provide Broker with the requested (required) information, Broker shall have the option of terminating the Listing Agreement upon written notice to Seller. So long as Seller has failed to provide Broker with requested (required) information, Broker shall not be obligated to list the Property in the MLS and Seller shall indemnify Broker for any costs, expenses or fees incurred as a result of Broker not posting the Property in the MLS. The Seller may terminate the Listing Agreement at any time without penalty by notifying Broker in writing via email, however, any previously paid fees are non-refundable. Once a termination request is made by Seller and received by Broker, the listing will be cancelled within 24 hours. Seller shall be responsible for any cancellation fees charged by the MLS.

In the event Seller enters into an agreement to sell the property within 90 days after the termination of the Contract directly or indirectly, upon any terms to anyone to whom the property was shown or submitted by Homestead and Land Real Estate & Auction, during the term of the Contract said brokerage fee is due and payable to Homestead and Land Real Estate & Auction. The Seller shall not be obligated to pay said brokerage fee if a valid exclusive listing contract is entered into during the (“Extension Period”) with another licensed real estate broker and the sale of the property is made to a Buyer that was not provided information about the Property, shown the Property, or presented an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.
