The Licensee may (subject to the prior written approval of the LME) amend its Authorised Affiliates but at all times the Authorised Affiliate List as shown on the LME Portal shall take priority over the Order Form.
Portal means the Private Offerings, Resales and Trading through Automated Linkages system of the NASD.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

The MECAB document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF-MECAB- Issue 6, February 1998, contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access services provided to an IXC by two (2) or more LECs, or by one LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA.
