  • You shall not sell, transfer, sublicence, publish, disclose, or otherwise make available the Services or LoadLogic XXX, or copies thereof, to any third party without our prior written consent, except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Services.

  • You acknowledge that we are the sole and exclusive owner of the LoadLogic XXX and your only authorized use is under the license provided in Section 2 of this Terms of Services.

  • Subject to your respect of this XXXX, we grant you, for the Term, a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable right and license to install, execute, download and use the LoadLogic XXX solely for the limited purpose of using the Services and in accordance with the license provided to Customer under the Terms of Services.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended from time to time, together with any regulations issued from time to time in terms thereof;

  • NBOME means the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations for osteopathic physicians.

Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
