Loan Casefile definition

Loan Casefile means that unique collection of data related to a Customer’s loan, including, as applicable, Consumer Credit Data, and other information such as recommendations, findings (including any Codified Findings), analyses, reports and other output generated by the Licensed Application, all of which are logically associated in a single file and assigned a unique casefile identifier.

  • First Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.
