Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Xxx licenses to Licensee the application known as “Lender Record Information (Form 582)” (the “Licensed Application”) pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Mae and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). As of the effective date of this Schedule, the Licensed Application provides certain lender certification reporting functionality, including the ability to submit electronically required annual lender reports (Form 582) to Xxxxxx Xxx.
Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Xxx licenses to Licensee, a mortgage lender that is not a party to a Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Selling and servicing Contract (a “Non-Approved Lender”), the application known as Desktop Underwriter®, or DU®, and related APIs (the “Licensed Application”) pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Xxx and Licensee (the “Master Terms”), into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). As of the effective date of this Schedule, the Licensed Application provides certain automated underwriting functionality, including those designed to:
Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Xxx licenses to Licensee the application known as MarketPoint™ (the “Licensed Application”) pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Xxx and Licensee (the “Master Terms”), into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). As of the effective date of this Schedule, the Licensed Application is a consolidated, widgets-based technology platform that provides users with self-service tools to engage in certain loan pricing and committing-related activities with Xxxxxx Xxx.
Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Xxx licenses to Licensee the suite of applications known as the “Mortgage Insurer Applications” which includes the File Transfer Portal (FTP), CE Portal, Property Data API Review Tool (PDART), Collateral Data Delivery Service (CDDS), Collateral Underwriter® (CU™) and FM Connect™, together with, as permitted, any API associated with an application referenced in this Schedule, or other application which provides similar functionality to that described in this Section (each, the “Licensed Application”) pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Mae and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). Licensed Application. Fannie Mae’s suite of applications known as the “Single-Family Servicing Applications” which includes ARM Index Value, Asset Management Network™ (with Home Saver Solutions Network™, File Transfer Portal, REO Notification and AMN REO Property Information), Cash Remittance System, eBoutique™, eTransfers, Xxxxxx Xxx Invoicing, Xxxxxx Xxx Connect™, HomePath® for Short Sales, MBS Online Reports Service, MBS Reporting, Message Manager, Loan Quality Connect, Servicer XXXX Deficiency Billing System (SRDBS), Servicer’s Reconciliation Facility™ (SURF™), Servicing Management Default Underwriter™ (SMDU™), Servicing Management Portal, Loan Servicing Data Utility (LSDU) and Streamlined Mod Non-Eligible List is licensed pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Xxx and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). As of the effective date of this Schedule, the Single-Family Servicing Applications provide certain mortgage loan servicing-related functionality, including but not limited to functionality related to ARM index values; loan delinquencies and loss mitigation; REO properties; remittances to Xxxxxx Xxx; servicing of reverse mortgages owned by Xxxxxx Xxx; servicing transfers; charges and claims submitted by Xxxxxx Xxx; short sales; MBS pools; MBS security balances; requests for loan quality documentation; homeowner’s association and tax deficiency bills; reconciliation tasks; workout recommendations for delinquent loans; operational reports and document management; viewing and submission of loan activity; reconciliation of loan and cash positions; and eligibility for streamlined modifications..
Licensed Application. The application made available is licensed to you. Your license to each application that you obtain is subject to your prior acceptance of this XXXX and you agree that the terms of this XXXX will apply to each application that you license, unless the application is covered by a separate valid XXXX entered into between you and the Licensor of the application, in which case the terms of that separate end user license agreement will govern, subject to your prior acceptance of that separate end user license agreement. Your license to the Application under this XXXX is granted by Info Salons. Any license that is subject to the license granted under the XXXX is referred to herein as the “Licensed Application”. Licensor reserves all rights in and to the Licensed Application not expressly granted to you under this Licensed Application XXXX.
Licensed Application. The Wire Administration module within Xxxxxx Mae's Loan Delivery application (the module being referred to as the “Licensed Application”) is licensed pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Mae and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated (together, the “Agreement”). As of the effective date of this Schedule, the Licensed Application includes certain functionality and features enabling warehouse lenders, disbursement agents and other entities to accept certain associations proposed by Xxxxxx Xxx Approved Lenders and confirm wire instructions identified with those associations by the Approved Lenders.
Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Mae's suite of applications known as the “Multifamily Applications” which includes ACheck®, ARM Index Values, Cash Remittance System, CESIR™, C&D™, DUS Gateway®, DUS DocWay™, DUS Insights™, eServicing, Multifamily MarketView, Syndicator Dashboard, Multifamily Lender Capita1 Tool, Multifamily Asset Management Portal, Structured Facility Management, Multifamily Negotiated Transactions and Payoff Calculator is licensed pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Mae and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated. This Schedule and the Master Terms comprise the “Agreement” referenced herein.
Licensed Application. Xxxxxx Mae's collateral-related applications known as Collateral Underwriter® or CU® and Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) (each, the “Licensed Application”), are licensed pursuant to this Schedule and the Master Terms and Conditions between Xxxxxx Mae and Licensee (the “Master Terms”) into which this Schedule is incorporated.
