Loan Policy means a Standard Coverage Loan Policy as defined in Section 1.002 of this chapter or an Extended Coverage Loan Policy as defined in Section 1.003 of this chapter, but does not include a Limited Coverage Loan Policy or its equivalent under Section 4.005 of this manual or a Balloon Loan Modification Limited Policy or an ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy under Section 4.006 of this manual.
