The Title definition

The Title in relation to any urban land means the Government lease or the right of occupancy for which the urban land and all other land under the same lease or right is held;

The Title. Commitments shall contain no exception for "visible and apparent easements" or for "public or private roads" or the like.   • Marketable Title means such ownership by Seller in the Assets that, subject to and except for the Permitted Encumbrances:
