In addition, amounts in the Project Loan Fund shall be transferred to the Loan Prepayment Fund, the Rebate Fund and the Borrower at the times and in the manner provided in subsection (e) of this Section 4.02.
On or before each Interest Payment Date, any Investment Income on amounts on deposit in the Loan Prepayment Fund shall be credited by the Fiscal Agent to the Revenue Fund.
Any money remaining in the Loan Payment Fund on any Interest Payment Date after application as provided in the preceding sentence may, to the extent there shall exist any deficiency in the Loan Prepayment Fund to prepay the Funding Loan if called for prepayment on such Interest Payment Date, be transferred to the Loan Prepayment Fund to be applied for such purpose.
No amount shall be charged against the Loan Prepayment Fund except as expressly provided in this Article IV and in Section 6.05 hereof.
