Loan Quantity definition

Loan Quantity means the maximum daily quantity of energy, expressed in GJ/day, that a TPAL Party can nominate for Loan, as specified in Schedule "A" of its TPAL Agreement.
Loan Quantity or “Loaned Quantity” means the quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth per Day, advanced to Shipper from Transporter’s line pack assets at a Loan Point pursuant to Rate Schedule APAL or Rate Schedule MCS.

Examples of Loan Quantity in a sentence

  • Transporter shall park or loan quantities of natural gas up to a Maximum Cumulative Park/Loan Quantity of Dth and a Maximum Cumulative Loan Quantity of at Shipper’s Pooling Point(s).

  • A capacity charge for each Dth of Customer's Maximum Loan Quantity specified in Exhibit A of Customer's Enhanced Hub Services Agreement pursuant to Section 5.4.2 of this Rate Schedule.

  • If applicable, Customer shall pay to CADEVILLE STORAGE the Interruptible Loan Charge set forth in the Hub Services Agreement for each Dth of Gas available for loan by CADEVILLE STORAGE pursuant to Section 5.4.2 of this Rate Schedule, up to Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity specified in the applicable Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement.

  • RATE UNITS Firm Loan Market Based/ $/Dth/MonthReservation Charge Negotiable Payment shall be equal to the Firm Loan Reservation Charge specified in Customer’s Firm Loan Service Agreement multiplied by Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity.

  • MDWQ and, as applicable, MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity, or Maximum Loan Quantity (stated in Dth) at each facility.

  • On the Commencement Date and each day thereafter on which Shipper and Transporter schedule Loan service and subject to the interruption of service by Transporter in accordance with this Contract and Transporter's Tariff, (i) Transporter shall make available to or on behalf of Shipper the Loan Quantity at the Loan Point(s) and (ii) upon scheduling, Shipper shall cause any Loan Quantities to be returned at the Loan Point(s).

  • Maximum Aggregate Loaning Quantity, Ratable Daily Loan Quantity, and Ratable Daily Loan Payback Quantity.

  • Payment shall be equal to the Enhanced Interruptible Loan Charge specified in Customer’s Hub Services Agreement multiplied by Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity.

  • If applicable, Customer shall pay to PERRYVILLE STORAGE the Interruptible Loan Charge set forth in the Hub Services Agreement for each Dth of Gas available for loan by PERRYVILLE STORAGE pursuant to Section 5.4.2 of this Rate Schedule, up to Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity specified in the applicable Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement.

Related to Loan Quantity

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • The Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.
