Loan Quantity definition

Loan Quantity means the maximum daily quantity of energy, expressed in GJ/day, that a TPAL Party can nominate for Loan, as specified in Schedule "A" of its TPAL Agreement.
Loan Quantity or “Loaned Quantity” means the quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth per Day, advanced to Shipper from Transporter’s line pack assets at a Loan Point pursuant to Rate Schedule APAL or Rate Schedule MCS.

Examples of Loan Quantity in a sentence

  • A monthly charge for each Dth of Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity.

  • The MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity or Maximum Loan Quantity that can be released by a Releasing Customer for an intraday release is limited to a quantity not in excess of the Releasing Customer’s MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity or Maximum Loan Quantity, less the Releasing Customer’s Storage Inventory or Loan Balance.

  • Major Vandalism or Theft (public or private property, including athletic equipment)First Offense: Five (5) day school suspension and placed on a behavior contract.

  • If applicable, Customer shall pay to CADEVILLE STORAGE the Interruptible Loan Charge set forth in the Hub Services Agreement for each Dth of Gas available for loan by CADEVILLE STORAGE pursuant to Section 5.4.2 of this Rate Schedule, up to Customer’s Maximum Loan Quantity specified in the applicable Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement.

  • If Shipper fails to eliminate such balance, Transporter shall cash out any quantity remaining after five (5) days at the replacement cost of gas plus fifteen percent (15%) for Loan Quantity or the sale price of the gas less ten percent (10%) for Parked Quantity.

Related to Loan Quantity

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Definite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that provides for a
