Loan Transfer Addendum. This Loan Transfer Addendum (the "Addendum") is made and entered into as of the 8th day of October, 2002, by and between Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2002-2 (the "Purchaser") and Nelnet Student Loan Funding, LLC (the "Xxxxxx").
