Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
Restorative justice means nonpunitive intervention and support provided by the school to a pupil to improve the behavior of the pupil and remedy any harm caused by the pupil.
Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction means any foreign country that has been designated as non-cooperative with international anti-money laundering principles or procedures by an intergovernmental group or organization, such as the Financial Task Force on Money Laundering, of which the U.S. is a member and with which designation the U.S. representative to the group or organization continues to concur.
Base jurisdiction means the member jurisdiction, selected in accordance with the plan, to which an applicant applies for apportioned registration under the plan or the member jurisdiction that issues apportioned registration to a registrant under the plan.
Final administrative decision means a decision by an agency
Home jurisdiction means the jurisdiction that issued the driver's license of the traffic violator.
The judge means the judge or the substitute judge of the juvenile and domestic relations district
sitting means, in relation to a House, a period during which that House is sitting continuously without adjournment, and includes any period during which the House is in committee;
General Administrative Claim means any Administrative Claim, including Cure Claims, other than a Professional Fee Claim.
Administrative law judge means an individual or an agency
United States Trustee means the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Delaware.
Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
Eligible Jurisdiction means Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.
Supplemental Administrative Agents shall have the corresponding meaning.
Administrative Office means Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston, 9 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493.
Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.
Supplemental Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.13(a) and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.
Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.
Applicable Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction or jurisdictions under which the Borrower is organized, domiciled or resident or from which any of its business activities are conducted or in which any of its properties are located and which has jurisdiction over the subject matter being addressed.
UK Non-Bank Lender means (a) where a Lender becomes a party hereto on the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender listed in Schedule 3.01(j), and (b) where a Lender becomes a party hereto after the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender which gives a UK Tax Confirmation in the Assignment and Assumption and/or Joinder Agreement which it executes on becoming a party hereto.
Appellate Decision-maker means a person who considers and decides appeals of determinations regarding responsibility and dismissals of formal complaints. The Appellate Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, or Decision-maker. The Appellate Decision-maker may be a school district employee, or a third party designated by the school district.
Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that has adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.
County Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-3.
Appellate court means the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or both, as appropriate.
Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
