Administrative Judge definition

Administrative Judge means any Judge who is nominated by the Chief Justice either generally or by a special order to deal with any matter connected with the establishment of the High Court;
Administrative Judge means the Judge elected by the court to serve in that position or otherwise determined pursuant to Sup.R. 4.
Administrative Judge means any judge selected to perform administrative duties in a circuit or district court with more than 1 judicial officer.
