Examples of Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction in a sentence
None of the payments made by or on account of a French Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lenders pursuant to the Loan Documents and, as for payments received from or on account from a French Borrower, none of the payments remitted to any Lenders pursuant to the Loan Documents, shall be paid or remitted to an account opened with a financial institution situated in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction.
The Administrative Agent shall ensure that its accounts at each Funding Office are not located in a country which is qualified as a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction.
Upon any such resignation, the Required Lenders shall have the right to appoint a successor Administrative Agent (which shall not be incorporated, domiciled or acting from an office situated in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this paragraph (1), no payment under the Loan Documents shall be made by a French Loan Party on an account opened with a financial institution situated in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction.
Each Lender may make any Credit Extension to a Borrower through any Lending Office (except that no Lender shall make any Loan to a French Borrower from a Lending Office in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction), provided that the exercise of this option shall not affect the obligation of such Borrower to repay the Credit Extension in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
