  • The LA undertakes not to make judgements about the performance of any Local Authority Maintained School or Academy Trust in comparison to other West Sussex schools or to publicly compare the performance of any school, with other identifiable West Sussex maintained schools or Academy Trusts based on data that is not otherwise in the public domain (e.g. DFE Performance Tables).

  • The Local Authority Maintained School or Academy Trust will be given access to all aggregated establishment level data, such as that currently provided to maintained secondary schools through the secure area of the West Sussex Services for Schools (WSSfS).
