Local Governing Committee definition

Local Governing Committee means the group of governors appointed and elected to carry out specified functions in relation to the School as delegated by the Academy Trust Company.
Local Governing Committee means (if appropriate to the context), the Governors appointed to carry out specified functions in relation to the Academy as delegated by the Academy Trust Company.
