Local Indian definition

Local Indian means any member of a federally-recognized tribe who resides within the exterior boundaries of the Tohono O’odham Nation or has lived near the Tohono O’odham Nation for no less than 60 days prior to the start of the project at issue. The term “near” shall be defined in regulations by the Commission.
Local Indian means any member of a federally-recognized tribe who resides within the territorial jurisdiction of the Seminole Nation.
