Like any contract, if a party violates the terms of a contract, then the injured party may file a lawsuit for breach of contract against the defaulting party.
The City shall advise the owners of the "Benefited Lands" that Municipal Improvements have been Oversized to accommodate the development of their lands with such notification identifying the particular Oversized Municipal Improvements as well as the associated base costs which the Developer of the Said Lands would be entitled to recover from the Benefited Lands owner and/or developer.
