Local LIBOR Competitive Loan definition

Local LIBOR Competitive Loan means any LIBOR Competitive Loan denominated in any Optional Currency made to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Borrower in the jurisdiction in which such Optional Currency is the national currency.

Related to Local LIBOR Competitive Loan

  • Competitive Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Eurodollar Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on LIBOR.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.
