Local Nortel Networks Affiliate definition

Local Nortel Networks Affiliate means any person or entity established prior to or during the Term in Mexico, more than fifty percent (50%) of whose voting shares or outstanding capital stock is owned or controlled (directly or indirectly) by Nortel Networks or an affiliate of Nortel Networks.

  • To the extent the Local Nortel Networks Affiliate must import services or subcontractors in support of this Agreement, Nortel Networks reserves the right to have the Local Nortel Networks Affiliate invoice Customer an additional amount such that the cost of the withholding taxes for such imported Services are borne by Customer.

  • Client company means any person that enters into an agreement for professional employer services

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) is the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Owner/Operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Local Authority Associated Persons means any person associated with any local authority within the meaning given in section 69 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989;

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Expatriate means an internationally recruited staff member, who is not a citizen or permanent resident of Samoa, and who resides in Samoa only by virtue of employment with SPREP.
