Lock Boxes definition

Lock Boxes has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Lock Boxes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).

Examples of Lock Boxes in a sentence

  • In the case of Deposit Accounts or Lock Boxes maintained with Lenders, the terms of such letter shall be subject to the provisions of the Credit Agreement regarding setoffs.
