Lockbox definition

Lockbox has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

• In the event of a termination of the Servicer, the successor Servicer shall assume all of the rights and obligations of the outgoing Servicer under the Lockbox Intercreditor Agreement subject to the terms hereof.
