Locked Forecast definition

Locked Forecast means the total number of FTE offered that Client projects routing to Provider for the [***] period which starts following the delivery of the Locked Forecast pursuant to Paragraph 4.1.

Examples of Locked Forecast in a sentence

  • This System Availability Service Level shall not apply for any failure, error or delay resulting from volume in a given Special Event interval that exceeds the greater of: a) **** of the volume in the Locked Forecast for the Special Event period for such Transaction Type, or b) **** of the **** volume of Customer Orders processed by such Channel during the period of the **** immediately preceding the Special Event Period.

Related to Locked Forecast

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Forecast means the hourly forecast of (a) the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible or Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible and Buyer is Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.

  • Economic Forecast Council means the Economic Forecast Council appointed under s. 4 of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act, [S.B.C. 2000] c. 23;

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • PJM Region Installed Reserve Margin means the percent installed reserve margin for the PJM Region required pursuant to RAA, Schedule 4.1, as approved by the PJM Board.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
