Rolling Forecast definition

Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • The Rolling Forecast is for planning purposes and is non-binding.

  • Purchases from a Third Party under this Section 3.2 will count toward the Total Purchase Commitment or Minimum Annual Commitments up to [*] of the Weekly Rolling Forecast amount.
