Examples of LONZA Parties in a sentence

  • CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that LONZA Parties have not participated in the invention or testing of any Product, and have not evaluated its safety or suitability for use in humans or otherwise.

  • BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
