  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the Jurisdictions are under no obligation to pay any money, incur any obligation, commence any legal proceeding, vote in any manner, or offer or grant any accommodation (financial or otherwise) in connection with such assurances to take such actions reasonably requested by the Company to dispose of Residue at the Lorton Landfill.
