Loss Factor Guidelines definition

Loss Factor Guidelines means the guidelines relating to the calculation and use of Loss Factors for reconciliation purposes issued by the Electricity Authority and updated from time to time;
Loss Factor Guidelines means the most recently published guidelines relating to the calculation and use of Loss Factors for reconciliation purposes issued by the Electricity Authority and updated from time to time. If the guidelines issued by the Electricity Authority are not finalised or cease to be published (or the basis of its calculation is changed), the Distributor will apply a substitute index (or an adjustment to the formula to take into account the change in basis of calculation) which approximates the purpose and composition of that index and the date from which it will apply, and failing agreement, a substitute index (or adjusted formula) and the date of its application is to be determined by the President for the time being of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of New Zealand;

  • Risk-Based Capital Guidelines means (i) the risk-based capital guidelines in effect in the United States on the date of this Agreement, including transition rules, and (ii) the corresponding capital regulations promulgated by regulatory authorities outside the United States implementing the July 1988 report of the Basle Committee on Banking Regulation and Supervisory Practices Entitled "International Convergence of Capital Measurements and Capital Standards," including transition rules, and any amendments to such regulations adopted prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
