Lost Equipment definition

Lost Equipment means any Equipment which the Customer fails to return in accordance with the Agreement or notifies CSE Genesis has been lost or is unable to make available for CSE Genesis’ inspection within 7 days of a request from CSE Genesis for such an inspection to take place.
Lost Equipment means Equipment which is not delivered up to AS at the end
Lost Equipment has the meaning given to it in Section 15.11.

Examples of Lost Equipment in a sentence

  • On the next rent payment date following a Total Loss (a “Loss Payment Date”), Lessee shall pay to Lessor the Basic Rent due on that date plus the Stipulated Loss Value of the item or items of the Equipment with respect to which the Total Loss has occurred (the “Lost Equipment”), together with any Other Payments due hereunder with respect to the Lost Equipment.

  • Upon payment by Borrower of all amounts due under the above clause (2), the security interest of the Lender in the Lost Equipment will terminate.

  • Upon making such payment, (i) Lessee’s obligation to pay future Basic Rent shall terminate solely with respect to the items of Lost Equipment so paid for, but Lessee shall remain liable for, and pay as and when due, all Other Payments, and (ii) Lessor shall convey to Lessee all of Lessor’s right, title and interest in the Lost Equipment, “AS IS WHERE IS”, but subject to the requirements of any third party insurance carrier in order to settle an insurance claim.

  • Upon payment by Lessee of all amounts due under the above clause (2), the lease of the Lost Equipment will terminate and Lessor shall transfer to Lessee all of Lessor's right, title and interest in such Equipment on an "as-is, where-is" basis with all faults, without recourse and without representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  • Upon payment by Borrower of all amounts due under the above clause (2), the security interest of the Lender in the Lost Equipment will terminate and Lender shall prepare and deliver to Borrower a revised installment payment schedule to the Note that takes into account such partial prepayment of principal.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.
