Lot or batch means one or more components or finished devices that consist of a single type, model, class, size, composition, or software version that are manufactured under essen- tially the same conditions and that are intended to have uniform characteris- tics and quality within specified limits.

Lot or batch means that quantity of a product produced at a single production facility within a single manufacturing cycle and specifically marked with a date, distinctive combination of letters, numbers or symbols, or any combination of any of the foregoing, from which it can be determined that an individual item of the product was produced during that cycle, not to exceed a seven (7) day period. “Lot or batch” includes:
