Lower Mainland Delivery Area definition

Lower Mainland Delivery Area means the FortisBC Energy Inc. - Lower Mainland Service Area (km - post 835.9 to 917.6).
Lower Mainland Delivery Area means the Terasen Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Service Area (km - post 835.9 to 917.6).
Lower Mainland Delivery Area means the Terasen Gas -Lower Mainland Division delivery area as defined in the Duke General Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Lower explosive limit (LEL) means the concentration of a compound in air below which a flame will not propagate if the mixture is ignited.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • voltage ride through as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;

  • Taximeter means any device for calculating the fare to be charged in respect of any journey in a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle by reference to the distance travelled or time elapsed since the start of the journey, or a combination of both; and

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Automated driving system means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
