Lower Passaic River Study Area definition

Lower Passaic River Study Area means the lower 17 miles of the Passaic River and its tributaries, from the confluence with Newark Bay to the Dundee Dam, as identified in the May 8, 2007 Administrative Order on Consent concerning the Lower Passaic River Study Area, and as may be expanded by U.S. EPA from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Lower Passaic River Study Area includes the FFS Area.
Lower Passaic River Study Area or “LPRSA” shall mean that portion of the Passaic River encompassing the 17-mile stretch of the Passaic River and its tributaries from Dundee Dam to Newark Bay located in and about Essex, Hudson, Bergen and Passaic Counties, New Jersey. The LPRSA is part of the Site, as hereinafter defined.
Lower Passaic River Study Area or “LPRSA” shall mean the 17-mile stretch of the Lower Passaic River and its tributaries from Dundee Dam to Newark Bay.
