Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.
Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc.
BBBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.
Debt Ratings has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”
Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.
Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.
Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”
