Lower Steam definition

Lower Steam means the portion of Assist Steam piped to an exterior annular ring near the lower part of a Flare tip, which then flows through tubes to the Flare tip, and ultimately exits the tubes at the Flare tip.

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.

  • Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”
