Lower Value Accounts definition

Lower Value Accounts means accounts with a balance or value that exceeds (does not exceed) US$50,000 (US$250,000 for a Cash Value Insurance Contract or Annuity Contract), but does not exceed US$1,000,000;
Lower Value Accounts means accounts with a balance or value that exceeds $50,000 ($250,000 for a Cash Value Insurance Contract or Annuity Contract), but does not exceed $1,000,000;

Examples of Lower Value Accounts in a sentence

  • The following procedures apply with respect to Lower Value Accounts.

  • Review of Preexisting Individual Accounts that are Lower Value Accounts for U.S. indicia must be completed by June 30, 2016.

  • The residence address test may apply to Pre-existing Lower Value Accounts held by Individual Account Holders.

  • Please note Pre-existing Lower Value Accounts that are identified as reportable prior to the 31 December 2017 deadline will be reportable from the year in which they are identified as such.

  • Review of Preexisting Individual Accounts that are Lower Value Accounts for U.S. indicia must be completed by December 31, 2015.

  • For Lower Value Accounts it provides for a permanent residence address test based on documentary evidence or a determination of residence on the basis of an indicia search.

  • Bank A must apply due diligence procedures relevant to Lower Value Accounts (see 5.4).

  • Malta allows RMFIs to apply the due diligence procedures for New Accounts to Preexisting Accounts as well as due diligence procedures for High Value Accounts to Lower Value Accounts.

  • The review of Pre-existing Individual Accounts that are Lower Value Accounts at 31 December 2015 should have been completed by 31 December 2017.

  • In respect of Lower Value Accounts only, the CRS Regulations permit Financial Institutions to determine an Account Holder’s residence based on the residence address provided by the account holder so long as the address is current and based on Documentary Evidence.

Related to Lower Value Accounts

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Specified Spread Account Balance means on the Closing Date, % of the sum of the Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date and on any Payment Date thereafter the lesser of, (a) % of the [sum of (i) the] Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date [plus (ii) the aggregate Contract Value of all Subsequent Receivables sold to the Trust as of their respective Cutoff Dates] and (b) the outstanding principal amount of the Notes. However, if (A) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) will be reduced to % on such Payment Date and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Dates as provided in the following clauses (B), (C) or (D); (B) if the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (C) or (D); (C) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (D); and (D) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter. In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 2.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Permitted Cash Equivalent Investments means (i) marketable direct obligations issued or unconditionally guaranteed by the United States or any agency or any State thereof having maturities of not more than two (2) years from the date of acquisition and (ii) commercial paper maturing no more than one (1) year after its creation and having the highest rating from either Standard & Poor’s Ratings Group or Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc.

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Cash Equivalent Investments means at any time:

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Eligible Unbilled Accounts means Accounts of the Obligors that does not qualify as an Eligible Account solely because (a) the goods giving rise to such Account have not been shipped and billed to the Account Debtor, or (b) the services giving rise to such Account have not been performed and billed to the Account Debtor and, in either case, so long as such Accounts have not been unbilled for more than thirty (30) days. For the avoidance of doubt, at such time as an Account is billed to the Account Debtor it shall no longer be an “Eligible Unbilled Account”.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Holding Account means an account:

  • Liquid Investments means (a) readily marketable direct full faith and credit obligations of the United States of America or obligations unconditionally guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America; (b) commercial paper issued by (i) any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender or (ii) any commercial banking institutions or corporations rated at least P-1 by Moody’s or A-1 by S&P; (c) certificates of deposit, time deposits, and bankers’ acceptances issued by (i) any of the Lenders or (ii) any other commercial banking institution which is a member of the Federal Reserve System and has a combined capital and surplus and undivided profits of not less than $250,000,000 and rated Aa by Moody’s or AA by S&P; (d) repurchase agreements which are entered into with any of the Lenders or any major money center banks included in the commercial banking institutions described in clause (c) and which are secured by readily marketable direct full faith and credit obligations of the government of the United States of America or any agency thereof; (e) investments in any money market fund which holds investments substantially of the type described in the foregoing clauses (a) through (d); (f) readily and immediately available cash held in any money market account maintained with any Lender; provided that, such money market accounts and the funds therein shall be unencumbered and free and clear of all Liens and other third party rights other than a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents; and (g) other investments made through the Administrative Agent or its Affiliates and approved by the Administrative Agent. All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents means, with respect to any Person, cash and Cash Equivalents of such Person that are free and clear of all Liens and not subject to any restrictions on the use thereof to pay Indebtedness and other obligations of such Person.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Account Value means the amount shown on Schedule A under the heading Account Value. The parties expressly acknowledge that the Account Value may be different than the liability that should be accrued by the Bank, under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), for the Bank’s obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The Account Value on any date other than the end of a Plan Year shall be determined by adding the prorated increase attributable for the current Plan Year to the Account Value for the previous Plan Year.

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.
