LP Class A Units definition
LP Class A Units means the Class A limited partnership units of Calloway LP;
LP Class A Units means the units of the Partnership designated as LP Class A Units; "LP Class B Units" means the units of the Partnership designated as LP Class B Units; "LP Class C Units" means the units of the Partnership designated as LP Class C Units;
LP Class A Units means the Class A Common Units of the Operating Partnerships.

LP Class A Units means the class of non-transferable, redeemable units of the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units”.
