CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.
Administrators means each of Gary L. Rhoads and Sandra L. Spayd, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrator of the Trust continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrator's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor appointed as herein provided.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
School administrator means a superintendent, principal or his/her designee assistant principal//technical center director or his/her designee and/or the District’s Equity Coordinator.
XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
Chief School Administrator means the Superintendent of Schools or the Administrative Principal if there is no Superintendent.

Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
Compact administrator means: the individual in each compacting state appointed pursuant to the terms of this compact, responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
Portfolio Administrator means any entity and any successor or replacement thereto, as specified in the Final Terms for each Series of ETP Securities, appointed as Portfolio Administrator in accordance with the terms of the relevant Portfolio Administration Agreement.
District administrator means the department employee assigned the overall supervision of the departmental operations in one of the Commonwealth's construction districts.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Tax Administrator means the individual charged with direct responsibility for administration of an income tax levied by a municipal corporation in accordance with this chapter, and also includes the following:
Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
Third party administrator means an administrator operating under a certificate of authority issued by the commissioner pursuant to the third party administrator act.
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
Benchmark Administrator means, initially, the SOFR Administrator, or any successor administrator of the then-current Benchmark or any insolvency or resolution official with authority over such administrator.
