Administrators definition

Administrators means each of Gary L. Rhoads and Sandra L. Spayd, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrator of the Trust continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrator's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor appointed as herein provided.
