LTPP Award definition

LTPP Award means any award to be delivered to a Participant at the end of a performance period under the terms of the LTPP.
LTPP Award means an Award granted as an “LTPP Award” hereunder that is denominated in either cash or Shares, including any cash dividend equivalent rights related thereto, as determined by the Committee. An LTPP Award denominated in Shares shall be considered an Award of “Performance Shares” within the meaning of the Omnibus Plan, and an LTPP Award denominated in cash shall be considered an Award of a “Performance Unit” within the meaning of the Omnibus Plan.
LTPP Award means an Award granted as an “LTPP Award” hereunder that is denominated in either cash or Shares, including any cash dividend equivalent rights related thereto, as determined by the Committee.

Examples of LTPP Award in a sentence

  • If the LTPP Performance Goal is achieved, each Participant shall be eligible to receive his or her Eligible LTPP Award.

  • Participants eligible to receive an LTPP Award shall be those persons designated by the Committee during the first 90 days of the Performance Period or new hires or those persons who may be promoted and are designated as Participants by the Committee at the time of hiring or promotion.

  • The number of Performance Shares (or amount of cash) settled (or paid) pursuant to the LTPP Award of any Covered Employee shall not exceed either his or her Eligible LTPP Award or any limits prescribed by the Omnibus Plan, including the Limitations set forth therein.

  • As a condition precedent to any portion of the LTPP Award vesting, the LTPP Performance Goal adopted by the Committee must be achieved and the Committee must certify to such achievement pursuant to Section 10.3 of the Omnibus Plan within 60 days following the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • The Company will provide each Participant with an Award Notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, setting forth such Participant’s Target LTPP Award.

  • This Plan will only cover ambulance services to the nearest appropriate medical facility that’s able to give you the care you need, or to the nearest in-network facility if further.

  • The actual number of Performance Shares or amount of cash earned by a Participant pursuant to his or her LTPP Award shall be determined by multiplying the Target LTPP Award by a multiplier established by the Committee, which multiplier shall be determined based on the Company’s achievement of Return on Invested Capital during the Performance Period.

  • This regulatory approach, however, usually has no meaningful effect simply because sound and setback requirements, which are usually more restrictive, make such a stipulation redundant.

  • The actual number of Performance Shares or amount of cash to be paid to a Participant pursuant to an LTPP Award may range from 0% to 200% of the Participant’s Target LTPP Award.

  • The LTPP Retention Award will not be subject to any performance conditions, however the vesting of the LTPP Retention Award will be subject to your continued employment at Brewin Dolphin and to certain 'Good Leaver' and 'Bad Leaver' provisions which applied to your LTPP Award, the details of which can be found at Question 12 below.


More Definitions of LTPP Award

LTPP Award means an Award of Performance Shares as provided in this LTPP which Performance Shares, once determined and earned as of the end of the Performance Period in accordance with this LTPP and the applicable Qualified Performance Measures, shall vest, without further or additional conditions, at the end of the Company's 2010 fiscal year.
LTPP Award means the Long Term Performance Program (formerly the Mid-Term Incentive Plan) award the Participant would have received under the Omnibus Incentive Plan for the fiscal year in which he has a Termination had: (1) the Participant otherwise satisfied all conditions for payment; and (2) the Company not exercised any negative discretion with respect to the amount of any payment under the Omnibus Incentive Plan.
LTPP Award means an Award granted as an “LTPP Award” hereunder that is denominated in either cash or Shares as determined by the Committee.
LTPP Award of a Participant for a performance period, means the amount payable to the Participant in cash or Stock for the performance period pursuant to the HNI Corporation Long-Term Performance Plan. The performance period for an LTPP Award shall be set forth in the HNI Corporation Long-Term Performance Plan.

Related to LTPP Award

  • LTIP Award means each or any, as the context requires, LTIP Award issued under any Equity Incentive Plan.

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Bonus Award means a bonus award made pursuant to Section 9.

  • Cash Incentive Award means a cash award granted pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).

  • Share Award means an Award of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10.

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Final Award means, in the context of this Request for Proposals and all its attendant documents, that point at which the final required signature on the contract(s) resulting from the procurement has been affixed to the contract(s) thus making it fully executed.

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Annual Award means the cash payment paid or payable to the Executive with respect to a fiscal year under the Corporation's Incentive Compensation Performance Plan.

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.
