Luminent Business definition

Luminent Business means the business and operations of the business of Luminent as described in the IPO Registration Statement and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any terminated, divested or discontinued businesses or operations that at the time of termination, divestiture or discontinuation primarily related to the Luminent Business as then conducted.
