M2M means the market-to-market coordination process set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.

M2M means a module designed, marketed or sold for use by businesses and consumers principally to allow machines and devices (Devices) to communicate with each other or exchange data without, or with minimum, human interface or interaction. An M2M Device's functionality and use is not primarily related to wireless voice communications and is for permanent integration into a complete Device or item of equipment. • If Customer Devices roam outside of TELUS’ coverage area as defined in Section C.1.3. Customer is responsible for all applicable charges, and is subject to the terms and conditions of service (including limitations of liability) imposed by the wireless service provider providing the M2M Services.
