MAA Channels means MAA, MAA Movies, MAA Music and MAA Gold (formerly known as MAA Junior).

  • The Consent of MIB in respect of the change in the composition of the Board and the shareholding pattern of the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents and the renewal of the uplinking and downlinking license for each of the MAA Channels shall have been obtained in a form satisfactory to the Purchasers and shall remain in full force and effect.

Related to MAA Channels

  • Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

  • Territory means worldwide.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.

  • Sanctioned Territory means at any time, a country or territory which is, or whose government is, the subject of Sanctions broadly prohibiting dealings with such country, territory or government (at the time of this Agreement, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic).
