MACR Class definition

MACR Class. All of the MACR Certificates that together represent like proportionate beneficial ownership interests in, and are entitled to receive like proportionate amounts of the cash flow from, the same related Class or

As to each MACR Pool, the designations, maximum Original Principal Amounts, Class Coupons (if any) and other specific characteristics of each MACR Class shall be as provided in the related Terms Supplement. In the case of MACR Certificates of a MACR Class that are denominated by a notional principal amount, unless the context otherwise requires, references in Articles VI, VII and VIII and Section 9.05 of this Agreement to (i) principal amount shall be regarded as references to such notional principal amount and

Examples of MACR Class in a sentence

  • The investors in a MACR Class shall be treated as beneficial owners of proportionate interests in the related REMIC Certificates, to the extent provided in this Agreement and the related Terms Supplement.

  • Each MACR Class shall represent beneficial ownership of a constant percentage of the interest payments and/or a constant percentage of the principal payments with respect to each related Regular Class.

  • The Administrator (or its agent) on behalf of the Trustee, shall furnish, at such times as required by applicable law, to each Holder of a MACR Class such information as the Administrator deems necessary or desirable to enable Holders and beneficial owners of MACR Classes to prepare their United States federal income tax returns, if applicable.

  • On any Payment Date when payments of principal are to be allocated from REMIC Certificates to MACR Certificates, such payments (or the net reduction in principal) shall be allocated from the applicable Class or Classes of REMIC Certificates to the related MACR Class or, if there are two or more related MACR Classes entitled to principal payments, to such Classes, pari passu, as their interests may appear.

  • All MACR Certificates issued in respect of a Series that have the same designation and the same CUSIP Number shall constitute a single MACR Class.

  • Class: A REMIC Class, a MACR Class and/or any other class of securities issued under this Agreement, as the context requires; or, if the context so requires, a Call Class or Callable Class issued under a Pass-Through Agreement.

  • As to each MACR Pool, the designations, maximum Original Principal Amounts, Class Coupons (if any) and other specific characteristics of each MACR Class shall be as provided in the related Terms Supplement.

  • In the case of MACR Certificates of a MACR Class that are denominated by a notional principal amount, unless the context otherwise requires, references in Articles VI, VII and VIII and Section 9.05 of this Agreement to (i) principal amount shall be regarded as references to such notional principal amount and (ii) specified percentages of outstanding principal amount shall be deemed to refer to such percentages of notional principal amount.

  • Class: A REMIC Class, a MACR Class and/or any other class of securities issued under this Agreement, as the context requires; or, if the context so requires, a Call Class or Callable Class issued under an Underlying Trust Agreement.

  • Buckley has recently been named Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Brunswick, and Brunswick has requested Mr. Buckley to move his principal residence from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to the Northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Related to MACR Class

  • Senior Class means, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes.

  • Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;

  • Junior Class of Certificates The Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding as of the date of the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 4.07 herein that has the Lowest Priority.

  • New Class Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.

  • Corresponding Classes of Certificates With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest, any Class of Certificates appearing opposite such REMIC Regular Interest in Section 1.03 hereof.

  • Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.

  • Class HI M-1 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: M-1 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: M-1 Interest Shortfall, if any.

  • Existing Class Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.

  • Additional Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-3 Principal Balance The Class B-3 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.
