Main Securities Market definition

Main Securities Market means the principal market of Euronext Dublin for companies from Ireland and overseas. The Main Securities Market is a ‘regulated market’ as defined in Regulation 3(1) of the European Communities (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007;
Main Securities Market means the main securities market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
Main Securities Market means the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

  • Applications will be made to the Irish Stock Exchange, UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange, respectively for the New Paddy Power Betfair Shares to be admitted to: (i) the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to the secondary listing segment of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities and the Irish Stock Exchange’s Main Securities Market.

  • Neither the admission of the Shares of the Portfolios to the Global Exchange Market or the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin nor the approval of lis t ing particulars pursuant to the listing requirements of Euronext Dublin shall constitute a warranty or representation by Euronext Dublin as to the competence of service providers to or any other party connected with the Company, the adequacy of information contained in the listing particulars or the suitability of the Company for investment purposes.

  • The Company will adhere to the investment objective and approach set out above for a period of at least three years from the date of admission of the Shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
