Maintenance Operations means those repair, maintenance, installation and construction activities with respect to Buyer's gathering system and facilities, Transporter's Pipeline and related facilities or of third parties pipelines and facilities and which are required to be carried out from time to time.

  • Commence operation means to have begun any mechanical, chemical, or electronic process, including start-up of an emissions control technology or emissions monitor or of a unit's combustion chamber.
